    Excellent, especially for how easy it is! I will definitely make this again. I rubbed jerk seasoning on front and back of boneless skinless thighs, so I used more than 1T but we like spicy. Cooked 4 hrs on high because that was the lowest amount of time on my crockpot. It was tender and juicy.
