If you LOVE peanut butter, these are the treats for you. If not I don't recomend them.

Love these! Super easy and quick to make. I used half oats and half quinoa, and only put chocolate chips in some of them, which I like even better. Also, I made them into balls and then refrigerated which worked pretty well. Even eating one is filling and definitely an energy booster.

First they were very crumbly but a little bit of working combines the ingredients well roll into nice little balls. I wet the outside a little bit like them in coconut.

All three of my daughters love these little bites. These are perfect for on the go snacking! I am going to try and make a batch using Almond butter since I am not a huge fan of peanut butter.

These are great! The only problem I have with them is I run out of them too fast! Handy tip for storage: I double the recipe, make a dozen at a time, and store them in a clean, plastic egg carton in the fridge.

Great!!! Easy to make and instead of using the peanut butter I used the wow butter as a substitution since my kids school have a no peanut policy. :)
