It was really good. I used precooked brown rice and topped with a little monterey jack cheese. The family enjoyed it. I felt it needed a bit of salt and pepper to bring it all together.

Easy to make, not that expensive and very fast to prepare! Just make sure the avocado is well mature for a better taste! I changed the fast prepared rice with the regular rice. What i did was: preparing the rice the okd way and then i started this recipe! Every one liked the meal so i recommend!

Easy! So easy...would add add any meat for more protein but overall so simple. Made rice with rice cooker then mixed all the ingredients in the skillet.

Added an onion, cooked 3 chicken breasts separate. Put in my instant pot for 22 minutes. This is...a lot of food. Froze half, had a meal a day for like 6 days.
