So easy and even more yummy! I added a few extra ingredients (guacamole, tortilla strips on top) and ended up putting in a little more salsa than the recipe, but just because I love a lot of flavor and crunch. :) I made this just for myself on a Sunday night, and I have more than enough to have it for lunch each day. The recipe makes a ton of food! I’ll definitely be making this again!

It was really good. I used precooked brown rice and topped with a little monterey jack cheese. The family enjoyed it. I felt it needed a bit of salt and pepper to bring it all together.

Turned out great! Very handy recipe for limited preparation time. I will definitely make this again!

Easy to make, not that expensive and very fast to prepare! Just make sure the avocado is well mature for a better taste! I changed the fast prepared rice with the regular rice. What i did was: preparing the rice the okd way and then i started this recipe! Every one liked the meal so i recommend!

Easy! So easy...would add add any meat for more protein but overall so simple. Made rice with rice cooker then mixed all the ingredients in the skillet.

I just want the recipe so I can make it. You make it hard to get the recipe and directions for making it... how can I rate it until I've made it. Thank you. I just want to print the recipe so I can cook it. Other sites make it much easier.

Added an onion, cooked 3 chicken breasts separate. Put in my instant pot for 22 minutes. This is...a lot of food. Froze half, had a meal a day for like 6 days.
