Chicken was super moist (my own technique, sear 1 minute on each side and then turn heat to low for 10 minutes, then turn heat off 10 minutes before removing lid). The honey butter is a must! We ate ours with quinoa. Super fresh, quick, and yummy weeknight dinner!

A nice, hearty meal! Made this with some hasselback potatoes and it was delicious! Instead of the honey and lemon sauce though i added a few chillis and some creme fraiche and it was awesome!

This was amazing! I did not have lemon pepper, so I substituted some lemon zest with pepper and a little salt, and the flavor was through the roof delicious. My five year old girls don't like asparagus...yet, so I made a side of broccoli for them, and I served it with saffron rice. They cleaned their plates with no prompting! My husband and I loved it with the asparagus. We will definitely be adding this to our "go to" meals!

It turned out really well. The chicken took a bit longer to cook than the directions say , but other than that it was a hit! We added mushrooms with the asparagus. Thanks!

So impressed by this recipe! Im pulling an all nighter and I just needed a minute to myself. This recipe was fast and easy. Instead of using lemon- pepper seasoning I used a peppercorn and herb seasoning and went with the honey and parsley glaze. It came out so good! I probably should have made more for my roommates...

Great! Pounding the chicken so it's nice and flat definitely makes it more tender. Lemon sauce was great too. I've made this several times and everyone in my family likes it!
