The flavor does come from the sausage so buy one you like. This is a very Cheesy dish and can get somewhat greasy. Overall a a nice change of pace.

I made some really minor modifications to the recipe, such as coating the pasta with a small bit of olive oil to avoid dryness before adding the rest of the ingredients and it was great! Quick & easy and my family loved it :)

It turned out good. But it needed more flavor. So I added onions green and red bell peppers. Salt and pepper. It came out great after that....I would do this again.

Pretty good. I agree with Brenna, adding a zucchini is a nice touch and added flavor. This is a good recipe to "play around with".

I would add a little lemon and olive oil to make a little olive oil coating for the pasta, and I added zucchini as well. Healthy and delicious

Great, quick meal that the family enjoyed but didn't go crazy over. I switched kale for spinach because we aren't huge fans of kale in our house.

The flavor is amazing but it was kind of dry tasting. I made it twice and it was dry both times. I love the dish but it needs some modifications to the cooking process.
