It was delicious!! I made this years ago and lost the recipe. It is so flavorful and moist. My bf loved it as a side dish to the sweet and salty chicken recipe.

Doubled recipe for a larger crowd but should have kept to original quantities. It was so easy, tasty and everyone liked it. I would only add some salt as I used sweet butter. This is so fast to put together. I'm making it again for Christmas dinner.

I love it, I already have been making this recipe for at least 30 years. :) It is the favorite part of our Holiday meals. I will be cooking it every holiday. It is a family tradion now.
