    It was simple and easy to make but it turned out bland to me. I think adding garlic salt would have gave it the flavor it needs. I'll be sure to do that next time.

    Turned out great slightly modified first I seared the cubed chicken breast in a non-stick frying pan (2 tablespoon of olive oil) seasoned with salt & pepper to taste...... then proceeded with the recipe as originally written for the last 5 minutes in the oven turned the heat up to 450 degrees to slightly brown up the Parmesan cheese.
