    They were really good. It says to only drain the cauliflower, but I think it really needed to have more of the water pressed out of it. As, the recipe says, be liberal with the oil on the pan, I did a quick spray of Pam, but it wasn't quite enough, so they stuck to the sheet when it was time to flip.

    It's good! I used frozen cauliflower, so it would help to squeeze out all the water first.

    Made these for dinner tonight from Trader Joe's grated cauliflower... but they didn't turn out very good...tasted like cauliflower quiche balls...
