SO GOOD. Easy to make, very chewy. Going try and get it a little crispier next time. (Or as crispy as you can with a banana base) Perfect sweet tooth killer without going off he tracks

Love! I only had 2 ripe bananas so I cut the recipe in half and baked in 6 large muffin cups (with a paper muffin cup in each). SO good!

This time I used a vanilla whey powder. They turned out ok. The Vega powder is a better option $50!!
