This was great! It wasn’t too hard, just had to get the right thickness to the zucchini. This was new for me but it turned out pretty good! Everyone, including my picky eater, enjoyed having a new meal! They all ate it! Success!!!

We haven’t been done with dinner even an hour yet, and my very picky husband has told me 5x how much he liked tonight’s dinner. This will have to go into regular rotation.

It was hard to get the zucchini cut in just the right thickness with a knife. But this was a yummy dish and pretty easy to make!

Great recipe. I added black beans, brown rice and roasted corn to the rolls. I also didn't put additional sauce on the top just cheese. Yummy

The rolls didn't stay rolled when sliced as directed. I would make again with the zucchini in flat strips like lasagna. Good flavors, simple to make (if not futzing around with the roll part) and fairly healthy.

This recipe turned out great! I had to use a cheese cutter so my zucchini strips came out a little thick. I added some Goya seasoning and a side of rice to top this recipe off. Thanks for a great quick recipe!

So good! I made half of casserole with ground turkey & the other half with shredded chicken. Along with the mozzarella cheese on top, i added some Parmesan too! I upped the heat to 400 after the first 30 minutes & cooked it an additional 20 minutes.... it was perfect!! The prep time was worth the wait!
