    Hello 5 months ago
My husband loved it!!! I might cut back on the ginger to suit his tastes. The tangerines were such a wonderful addition and this recipe is definitely a keeper. Could make this with any or no meat but we did enjoy the pork.

It was very spicy and sweet but nice change from normal stir fry. I would add more bok choy and peppers next time and maybe less sweet chili sauce. How about some chopped cashews on top also.
