    We thought it was delicious. I also sautéed a boneless chicken breast and used it as a side along with the avocado, cheese and light sour cream mentioned in the recipe. Will definitely make again.

    It was amazing it did need more seasoning but it was great! It’s like homemade chipotle.

    It was delicious! I recommend adding the black beans in with the spices though! Let them cook for a bit longer.

    Went a bit off paste with the recipe towards the end, because it seemed like a quicker recipe than it actually was, but the result was still great. Healthy and delicious, just give yourself extra time if you're slower at food prep like me!
