I followed this recipe exactly as written. I was disappointed, the meat was tough and the flavor wasn't what I expected.I won't be making this one again.

A winner. Don't need great thick porkchops. I usually buy the family-size package with just a little fat. I often use just one can cream of chicken soup and a little water. Makes a lovely gravy for mashed potatoes or rice. Maybe four star plus.
