Perfect ice cream cake with this recipe! I used crushed chocolate graham crackers, instant espresso powder and melted butter for the crust; added rum and vanilla flavoring for the ice cream and put a layer of crumbs, espresso powder (no butter) between the layers. All into a spring form pan and froze overnight. Oh my gosh- it tasted like frozen tirimisu! And it was so fast to prepare.

It was really good but make sure you do not put it in the freezer for to long or else it will become to hard.

Great flavour and y texture. Beware if you freeze it for too long it becomes a rock.

2Tsp of vanilla was too much vanilla for us, but super easy to do, and can be made easily in a few hours without the ice cream maker!

My ice cream tastes amazing. I was surprised that it actually worked well but it did. My brothers wouldn’t stop eating it!

So easy!! We’ll be using this as a base for lots of other ice creams. My daughter said she doesn’t really like the sweetened condensed milk flavoring, but that didn’t stop her from eating it. Besides, adding other flavor ingredients should mask it a bit more.

Delicious! More of a gelato than an ice cream. Very creamy and easy to scoop! The flavor could be more vanilla-ey if you add vanilla bean to it, or maybe twice as much vanilla extract. Went great with my homemade chocolate sauce! We will definitely be making this again, especially for guests!

I added almost a full bag of dark chocolate chips and it turned out really well! Problems with fully freezing the ice cream, but it just makes it more like gelato

Amazing, I love this! It's extremely useful for when it's a hot day, which we get a lot of here in Africa

This was a simple dessert to make. My family was split on the sweetness level - half thought it was just right and half thought it was a little rich. I also made a bath using chocolate condensed milk, 2 Tbsp cocoa powder and a small bag of Mint M&M"S to make a pan of chocolate mint ice cream. That was way yummy!! I think that I am going to use this when I make my next ice cream cake.

I made it last night, very easy and a great treat. The vanilla just tasted like sweetened condensed milk, I used vanilla bean and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract. The peach was better flavored. I will try one of my custard recipes to decide work vs. flavor.
