I suggest using 1/4 c organic valley grass milk plain yogurt, 1 c unsweetened almond milk, 1 c frozen mango, and I added 1 tbsp organic raw cane sugar blend and then add 1-2 ice cubes blend again and itβs amazing!!

Not good. Tasted like sour cream with mango strings in it, wouldn't suggest. A recipe I would suggest is:
1 cup frozen strawberries π
1/2 yogurt π¦
1 cup almond milk
1/2 banana π
1 tablespoon honey π―
Go try it!!! πππ

This is sooooo good! It took less than three minutes to make I used frozen mangoes, Greek coconut yogurt, and vanilla almond milk, no need to add my own sugar. Will definitely be making this a lot :)
