This recipe is SO YUMMY! I do not have children so I’m not the target audience but I am a 24 year old still trying to figure out how to eat a good, simple breakfast before going to work in the morning. I used 2 bananas and 3 eggs which worked great and topped them with some yogurt and I’m soooo happy. I get what people were saying about banana flavored omelet or something but it really doesn’t bother me. They’re sweet and tasty enough that the texture doesn’t matter!

I was very skeptic about doing these but they were actually way better than I would have thought them to be. This yielded two large pancakes.

The recipe doesn't specify how high the heat should be, what you ought to bake it in like butter or size pan, ... I imagine it will take a few tries to get right. My first attempt was almost burned without cooking fully. Still what wasn't burned or undercooked was quite tasty! Next time will be better :)

I just had these pancakes for breakfast, and it was great! They taste amazing for something low in calories and healthy!!

Surprisingly sweet taste! Great flavor for only being egg and banana, the only problem was the texture/consistency. I added chopped almonds to the batter which made it more pancake likes and less eggy. I personally am not the biggest fan of cinnamon so I didn’t add any. Good recipe otherwise

Absolutely amAZING! Will definitely make thee again, the banana comes out really well... The only modification i suggest would be to double - or tripple - the batter. There wasn't quite enough for everyone in my family.
