This makes about 4 decent sized pancakes (~400 calories total). I added a bit of baking powder and vanilla and served with a little bit of syrup. Would make again.

Yum! Of course the pancakes were flat, but they tasted good! No overwhelming flavor of banana. I added some cinnamon to the mixture and buttered the pan.

These pancakes weren't as sweet as I thought they would be, even though I added 2 bananas instead of one. I cooked them on low heat so they would cook correctly. They had the texture of a soggy egg omelet. Maybe a little more flour, some baking soda, and sugar might make them better.

Great recipe, easy to make. The pan needs to be medium hot so that the pancakes are nice and golden. For non-American market use fine-grained flour with a pinch of baking soda ;-)

So good! It's also good with some blueberries! I recommend it to everyone! The only thing is I would make the variety a bit bigger.
