Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower (Green container of)
  • 1 whole wheat pasta (Yellow container of)
  • 1 cheddar cheese (Blue container of)
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Cook pasta
  2. Boil cauliflower
  3. Take our half of the cauliflower and set aside.
  4. In a blender, add the remaining cauliflower, some water from the pot, cheese and spices and blend
  5. Pour over pasta and cauliflower
