  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons oil (olive, coconut, avocado, etc)
  • pitas (or Naan bread, or Flat Out pitas, I love the Flat Out pitas the best!)
  • sliced carrots
  • onions (Sliced)

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
