I made some substitutions (e.g., cajun seasoning, bok choy) but it was still very tasty. Also very easy to make. I will definitely make this again!

One of my favorite dish! I use rice vermicelli instead of ramen noodles and I sometimes switch up the vegetables. It always turns great!

Turned out really good and was actually very tasteful without the noodle packet. I made corn bread for a side and my family is FULL. Def will make again

I actually like the cheap ramen soups. When I saw this recipe I had to try it. It is easy to make, quick ad so so good. Since I can't eat cabbage, I added okra, grape tomatoes and three types of mushrooms.

So Yummly! Instead of creole seasoning I added a dash of red pepper flakes for some heat. I can eat this soup everyday for lunch and not get tired of it!

So yummy & easy. Prep takes way more than 5 minutes, but worth it. Be careful with the creole spice!!
