Pretty good. I might leave out the rice vinegar next time and more ginger.

This was good! I used chicken broth in place of veggie broth because I just had chicken broth on hand, and it came out pretty well. I should have blended the veggies a bit more, though. The end result looked NOTHING like the picture, but I believe that’s because I used a different broth. Still good though :)
