Would make again. Added some garlic powder, and skipped the vegetable stock.

Turned out really good! My girlfriend and I would suggest adding a bag of cheese at the end!

Quick and easy... I substituted the fresh tomato for a whole can of tinned tomato for convenience, with delicious results

I made my own homemade kielbasa sausages that I used with this recipe. LOL the only thing I didn’t make from scratch was the pasta. It was amazing

Really good! it makes a ton! Lots of fresh ingredients which I loved. made the sauce first and let it simmer with the sausage (lid on) while the pasta cooked and it turned out awesome! Will definitley make again.

Pretty good! With prep included, it definitely took longer than 20 minutes to prepare. But the results were worth it! I added additional crushed tomatoes to stretch the sauce a bit and dressed my pasta with truffle oil before combining it with the sauce and meat. Will definitely make again!

Pretty good after i added 2 heaping tablespoons of tomato paste. Once that sauce thickened, and it rested for a few minutes, YUM!!!!!! This is a recipe I would definitely keep.

I was slightly disappointed by this recipe in that I thought it would be little bit more saucy, personal preference I suppose. The pasta to meat/veg ratio per serving seemed to be off in that there seemed to be way more pasta. I actually ended up dividing this into 6 servings which was still very filling to the point of slight discomfort for me. To fix this pasta to meat/veg ratio I just added a whole can ( regular ~16 oz) of the crushed tomato rather than just the 2 tbsp which only eased the problem but did not completely fix it. I think I’ll all add some tomato sauce next time.Because I don’t like bell pepper, I subbed it with 8oz baby bella mushroom which was a great choice in the end so I definitely recommend if not the substitution, the addition. Despite this, I loved this recipe and will definitely keep it in rotation with a few changes.

Good easy recipe Replaced chili pepper with Tony’s and left out the fennel seeds since we didn’t have a mortar.
