Loved it! I used dried minced garlic and a little bit of ground ginger since I didn’t have fresh of either. I used my Instant pot and made some jasmine rice to go along with it.

Very good. Followed the recipe exactly. I like a little thicker sauce so next time I will thicken the sauce so it sticks to the rice and shrimp better.
