Loved it. Next time would add more ginger. Used 20 large prawns for two of us as a main course. I could have done with a couple less. Served with rocket, baby spinach and coriander. Would do it again!

It was very tasty. I seasoned the shrimp with garlic pepper before putting it in the marinade. I only marinated the shrimp for 1/2 hr. and it was still delicious. I will probably double the marinade next time. I paired it with brown rice and steamed broccoli and I like to have a lot to pour over the rice. I used fresh ginger which was perfect.
