It was very quick and tasted delicious! I used salt reduced stock and the put a small dash of soy sauce in mine. Could have done without it though (soy).

I followed the the recipe almost exactly except that I doubled it and added Slap Yo Momma spicy seasoning. I also added more noodles (too much really...my bad). Anyway, the soup was delicious and I plan on making this recipe again.

I made this and it turned out to be delicious. My husband and children loved it. I can't wait to make it again. I added chives and used red onions.

It was okay. I did like how easy it was to make. I would make it again, but would modify it by using a couple less garlic cloves, regular fideo noodles instead of egg noodles, and adding about 4 cups of water because I like my soup a little runnier.
