Really easy and fast. We also added a bit of store-bought teriyaki sauce for added flavor and steamed broccoli! So great for a “no-effort” night

I used 1/2 pound instead of 1 pound of chicken, three cloves of garlic and made everything else as instructed, it came out amazing! I also used quinoa instead of white rice. Yum!

I do not eat meat and my boyfriend does. so I did half with Chicken and a seperate half witj firm tofu. it came out great! we both loved it and I will definitely make again.
