tasted very nice, loved that honey soy sauce. coating the chicken in cornstarch really made it stick to the pan and kind of broke it, i wonder if i needed more oil

Wonderful! I covered the chicken after I added the sauce for 3minutes on the stove because I was worried about it cooking all the way threw. Ended up making the chicken more tender than usual stir fry chicken. The sauce wasn't noticebly "thicker and or sticky" until after I removed it from from heat.
