Quite a few ingredients needed for this recipe. My husband and older daughter loved it. The sesame oil was overpowering to me, so I couldn’t eat very much. Making again this weekend and will try using chicken this time, adding baby corn & no sesame oil.

Pretty great, I made it with udon noodles and it was super great with them. I also added celery and green onion to the dish.

Just left out the chilli flakes as I don’t like spices food - delicious! Would recommend marinating in garlic and soy sauce for a couple of hours beforehand for added flavour.

Super tasty and easy, I added some shrimp. Might of cooked the lo Mein noodles too long so be careful!
