Made as instructed stuffing dried up, second time I tried this recipe I stuffed the chicken halfway through cooking and it was amazing

I just used the onion and chives cream cheese, save a little bit of time. I also used Parmesan cheese along with the bread crumbs to bread it! This was a HIGE hit with the family and the first recipe I used from here. My husband licked him plate clean. Delicious!

Great recipe, very simple to put together and easily modified for foods on hand. I used Parmesan cheese and green onions in addition to the cream cheese and bacon. Yum!

Really good, although I used parsley instead of chives and I added red pepper flakes. Must try and mix it up a little.

I cut the recipe down for two pork chops. I did not have chives, but used the tops from green onions......it added a little bit more flavor. I took a picture of my dish....served with grilled asparagus and a loaded baked potato, and all my friends wanted the recipe......so it is being shared! I will make this again, it was delicious.
