I followef recipe except i put fresh smashed garlic cloves and a few red pepper flakes. This is a great salad but needs to be eaten that day. I will make it over and over good for parties.

Made this today! Absolutely incredible! The lemon and olive mix was tangy and delicious. I added salt , pepper, garlic, seasoning salt and supreme salad seasoning before tossing the salad. This is a go to and new Fav!!!!

If you took out the cucumber, it would be like eating a pile of guacamole! I love the freshness that the cucumber brings. Great salad for cardio people to replenish electrolytes. All this and delicious too. :]
