This is a really delicious salad. I forgot to add the feta cheese but it still tasted great. I added extra chickpeas.

It was delicious! Would definitely make it again. I added chicken and red kidney beans.

I added grilled chicken so it could be my lunches for the week and it tastes really good. I think the recipe calls for a little more dressing than necessary, even with the added chicken pieces.
Update: this was not a good store in fridge recipe. Would be good for a large gathering.

I really love this salad....really fresh and lots of flavor! The first time I made it for lunch it did not fill me up and I was hungry 2 hours later. So this time I added grilled chicken and avocado and that did the trick! Recipe as is would be perfect as a side dish at a picnic or BBQ!

This is lovely! I omitted the parsley as I don’t like it and added in some croutons. I’d add a little less mustard next time, but the sharpness of the vinaigrette really works. Letting it soak for 30 mins meant it was flavoursome - highly recommended!!!

tasted great! added just a hint of fresh dill and also a tad extra fresh lemon juice before serving. turned out great family loved it!

Really nice. I put mint in instead of parsley, and left the cheese as a garnish. From my experience, feta doesn't last very well in the fridge.
