Quick & easy but a bit bland. I didn't have chili oil so subbed sriracha and sambal oelek. Made at least two meals for our family of 4.

Well, a bit disappointed. This didn’t turn out as hoped, my daughter said it reminded her of hamburger helper. Perhaps if I had made it with another protein other than ground round it would have been tastier

Adjust seasoning and sauce to taste.. I used a honey and ginger condiment (vinegary). And substituted half the quantity of pasta for spiralled carrots instead!!! Loved it! 💛🤗

Sauce was next to non-existent, due to the small amount I could barely taste it. Next time I’m going to either try the sauce measurements on a “per serving” basis or just double it. Other than that it was a great recipe that really does come together very quickly. Followup: Doubling the sauce measurements was exactly what was needed.

Loved it. Added ginger, red pepper flakes grated carrots, diced red pepper and extra garlic of course. I did not cook it with any meat but cubed chicken and cooked it on the side. Oh and I doubled the sauce in case.

I liked this a lot for a quick and easy meal. Our son is typically a picky eater and had two helpings! I made a couple changes. I actually put the soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil directly into the meat mixture and then tossed the cooked noodles into the meat mixture. Noodles had plenty of flavor and so did the meat. Because my family doesn't care for cooked spinach, I instead added a dash of ginger and a small can of sweet peas and carrots to this at the last minute. They were a great addition and I may experiment with adding other veggies such as shredded cabbage and water chestnuts. Overall a great starter recipe that you can customize to your tastes.

I don't know what I did wrong. I followed the recipe, but I felt like there was just not enough flavor. Was a bit disappointed. Added a bunch more chili garlic, soy sauce and hoisin sauce to add more flavor.
