    So easy! Threw all the veggies (peppers, Brussels, asparagus, shallots) in my fridge onto a pan with some chicken and precooked bacon! My favorite seasonings (lemon pepper, garlic salt, oregano, paprika) made this absolutely perfect! Cut, cooked and done! Lovely

    tasted great. next time i thunk ill mix the spices and olive oil in q bowl first. Sometimes you would get a peice with too much seasoning.

    I've made this several times. It's super fast and easy, and always a crowd pleaser. I also like to add quartered mushrooms, which give it a nice little bit of earthiness.

    This turned out delicious! I did modify by adding 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, onion powder and fresh garlic. I marinated for an hour and cooked at 425 for 25 minutes.

    Great! It took longer for it to cook then 15 mins at 500 degrees I turned oven down to 400 and cooked it another 1/2 hr It was not dry and it was great!

    I did this on the stove top first with the crunchier vegetables like carrots and then the soft like tomatoes. It was so delicious will be making it again!

    Made this last night and it turned out great. Served it over rice. Recipe is definitely a keeper
    It tasted great. I added onion powder, garlic powder, celery seed, and some cayenne along with Italian seasoning. I used a whole onion and only one huge boneless chicken breast diced. I sprinkled everything with balsamic vinegar before putting it in the oven and I served it over cooked bulgur wheat. Fast, healthy, and tasty!

    Really tasty. I increased the spices and added lemon pepper. Cooked at 400 for 25 minutes as suggested and it was perfect for us.

    It was nice and light! Even my husband loved it. Served it over brown rice. I would cut down on the cooking temp and increase the time. Other than that it’s great!

    I marinated the chicken and various veggies in a garlic lemon marinade for a few hours and then baked all of it at 400 for 25 minutes. It was delicious served with mashed potatoes!!
    Very easy and quick! Delicious! Would recommend this one. Tossed all the ingredients and refrigerated for an hour to bring out more flavor. Oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes worked well with little smoke from the oven.

    So yummy ! The chicken was really juicy and tender. I added some creole seasoning for a bit of spice. My boyfriend said we’re gonna make it a regular now lol very good
