It was a success at our household! I don’t like to cook but this was so easy to make lol. I marinated the chicken with garlic salt & honey Dijon mustard for only 30 min since I made it so late. Took me longer to make since I made a double batch. It was great.!!!

really enjoyed this meal. it took around 25 minutes to cook, but maybe that is personal preference also swapped out salt for garlic salt which went down really well.

Easy recipe, fresh and flavorful taste, and pretty quick to make too! I actually put my chicken breasts in a ziplock bag with some olive oil, salt, and italian seasoning the night before and put it in the fridge to marinate. This little step made the chicken very tender and flavorful. I used more veggies than the recipe called for too because I wanted left overs. Loved it.

We've made this several times. We usually make a double batch or sometimes just added more of the veggies we love. We eat it alone or with rice.

Oh so delicious. Even my boys loved it. I used partially cooked chicken and frozen veggies instead of fresh. Oven for 40 min at 350. There are no leftovers.

Simple, added more paprika for the extra kick though!

Super cinchy makes you wonder why you don’t make this more often. Get up from dinner feeling full and not heavy. I didn’t have broccoli so I used whatever I had- red bell, carrots, zucchini, grape tomatoes and red onion. I like mine with garlic but didn’t add it this time.

Very good, I don’t like Italian seasonings, so I put Italian dressing from the package. I enjoyed it very much. I put garlic salt on after, made all the difference

The veggies and chicken weren’t as crispy as I hoped but the flavor was amazing! I also added onion powder, garlic powder and a splash of fat free Italian dressing.

Super tasty!! After I chopped the chicken and veggies, I hand tossed everything with the seasonings in a large bowl before putting them in the tray to bake. I put extra olive oil and it could’ve used more salt but with the Italian seasoning made the chicken so yummy! The juices mixed with the white rice well making a delicious chicken veggie rice bowl. Will definitely make again! Maybe I’ll add pineapple?
