I loved this and so did my family. I had a lime in fridge so I used that instead of a lemon. I seasoned with garlic salt instead of regular salt. I will make this again!

I made a vegetarian option with quorn brand chicken filets, as well as a batch with real chicken, and I steamed some broccoli and added it to the riced cauliflower. Everyone said it was delicious.

Delish! Added spinach as well at the very end to save time and from having to clean an additional skillet, as I wanted a second vegetable! Must say, however, it look a bit longer than 35 min. due to the prep work involved. Was well-worth it though!

This turned out great! I would definitely make it again. I used smoked paprika and a little more seasoning than the recipe called for. To lighten the spice from the dish I paired it with saute'd broccoli and Brussel sprouts with bacon and maple syrup.

I think it turned out good. I used a non stick skillet. I think next time I’ll use cast iron or a wok, to get crispier cauliflower. Flavor could use more garlic

It was absolutely tasty! I put the chicken breasts in the oven, to bake for 10 minutes on each side. They were cooked perfectly. I also added corn and peas to my cauliflower rice. This dish was such a hit with my husband. I'll definitely be making it in the future.
