Great stuff! I changed it slightly on the cooking times (I like mine extra crispy) and cooked the mozzarella for a few minutes before putting on the tomatoes. Definitely easy and definitely awesome.

I've been making these for 2 years. They are so good. I skip the balsamic vinegar and sprinkle a small amount of coarse salt instead. Great for a quick meal. I've never tried crisping the naan before putting the cheese and tomato on top. I always heat the oven to 425 and cook until the cheese is bubbling (about 12 min). It might be better to crisp the naan so the center isn't too gooey. I'll try it next time.

Delicious, added less of balsamic mixture because I had a smaller naan. Ate the whole thing myself!!
