The pork was super juicy and it was easy and quick to make. Only complaint would be it wasn’t super flavorful, but it would be an easy recipe to add to.

Excellent! If you brine the pork chops for 7-8 hrs that’s helpful. But the cooking times are spot on. Came out great!

Delicious!!! Nice and moist. Seasoning was perfect!! Used grapeseed oil in place of olive oil but still smoked alot--set off smoke detectors but was well worth it. Served them with long grain wild rice. Make this recipe you will not be disappointed.

Could use slightly more seasonings but An amazing porn chop !! Thumbs up all the way around . Might sprinkle some cavenders on top next time .

I mixed everything so it was easier than adding a pinch of each every time. I also added a bit of honey and garlic sauce... So delicious! ^^
