Turned out AMAZING!! Took me a long time start to finish but I’m slow in the kitchen totally worth it though. will definitely make this again and I’m not even a seafood type of person. Even my 6 year old ate it and he only feeds off Doritos and pancakes. 👍👍👍👍👍

I used a vegetable peeler and made wide noodles from the zucchini. I also salted and rinsed the zucchini so it drained more liquid. It was wonderful! My husband, who does not eat vegetables, ate all of the zucchini. Will make it again.

Awesome! We loved it! We added a tablespoon of cream cheese at the end to slightly thicken the juices. We'll definitely make it again!

This was great! Not too heavy... I didn’t feel guilty about eating it. Great with Japanese whiskey and also white wine.

used regular noodles, more seasoning, and added nutrientional yeast on top. I did not have lemon on hand so the yeast really brought it together and gave it a cheesy flavor. very delish

Great! instead of Italian seasoning I used Old Bay.
