These are delicious. What an excellent thing to have around when you wait too long to eat and are super hungry. No binge eating due to hunger! I felt less bloated when I drank these every day. I added a scoop of plain whey protein powder and a little water most times.

These smoothies turn out great! I have funky blood sugar, so I was worried about a smoothie for a meal, but my sugar was fine and I had energy until lunchtime. I like to add 8 oz. of orange juice to loosen it up a bit.

awesome! I added half a cup of almond milk(adding more or less at times) and heaping tablespoon of plain yogurt. It turned out great

It's a great mixture of everything. I personally think I will add more kale and spinach next time. I also put a scoop of whey vanilla protein when I blend it up.
