I am a Pastry Chef 27 years, I made this and it came out awesome. At times I just want something quick for my granddaughter & 1 minute in the oven sounds good.Only if the recipie is good & this one is it !! I added 3 tables spoons of finely chopped 72 % chocolate folded in Try it you will like it 1 minute 15 seconds in microwave.

easy. tasty. sorted. used crunchy peanut butter and salted caramel sauce. It was lovely :) it fell apart as i didn't leave it to rest for a minute before turning out. otherwise, flipping perfect.

Tried without chips first but quickly learned you need the chocolate chips. Do not overcook! it will look undone but it's not!
