Description

Carla says she's tweaked this recipe 500 times out of the 1000 times she's made it, so you'd better believe this one's a winner. The oat-based loaf is also perfectly shaped for leftover sandwich enjoyment, topped with spiced tomato glaze.

I love this meatloaf. Very tender and juice unlike the meatloaf I've made in the past. I used ground turkey, ground beef and Italian sausage. Added 1 extra egg.

I loved it and so did my family. Substituting for oats was a nice healthy choice!
