    Amazing! So delicious and tender. Wow. I used apples instead of Asian pears. I’m sure it wasn’t as good, but it still turned out GREAT. This is a new favorite for sure. PS thought I’d share the grilling picture because I just noticed the very attentive dog in the backyard haha
