The 3-Minute Buttermilk Substitution

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (or vinegar)
  1. Combine the milk and lemon juice (or vinegar) in a bowl and let sit for 3 minutes.
  2. Once the time is up, you can use it the way you would regular buttermilk!
