Buttermilk is an essential ingredient in lots of delicious dishes, from red velvet cupcakes to golden fried chicken. Oftentimes, the natural acidity of buttermilk interacts with other ingredients such as baking soda, creating a different texture in your food! This insanely easy buttermilk substitution is a great way to make due without buttermilk and still get the same awesome results in your cooking.
