Turns out great! Tates delicious first time I made these, I followed the recipe, 2nd time, I used coconut nectar so that the glycemic factor wasn’t so high and a little less salt. Still very yummy!!

Wonderful, had to blend the walnuts a few times to get the right consistency, but I shared them with friends who are starting out paleo diet and I got them hooked! Greatest no-guilt cookie!

Delicious cookies and so easy to make. I'm definitely making these often to keep on hand for that sweet after dinner craving, or anytime of the day.

Excellent cookies. It's like eating cookie dough without the guilt. Big hit with everyone that tries them. I do use less salt than the recipe calls for since a higher salt content destroys the lingering sweetness. So experiment but I've made these 4 times this month and went from making 1 cup to 5 cups and people still want more.

Fantastic! It was hard to freeze the dough...just wanted to eat it out of the processor. I didn't have unsweetened coconut, so I used the sweetened I had on hand.
