  • 1 cup whole milk (2 tablespoons warm, soy, 110 degrees)

  • 3 tbsps unsalted butter (margarine melted and cooled)
  • vegetable oil cooking spray
  • 6 cups vegetable oil (frying)
  • 1 14 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 2 cups raspberry jam
  • sanding sugar (blue, decorating)
