  • cooking spray
  • 3 tbsps low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsps olive oil
  • 2 tbsps gingerroot (fresh minced)
  • 2 tsps minced garlic (1 large clove)
  • 1 green chili peppers (hot, thinly sliced or red)
  • 12 cup shiitake mushroom (thinly sliced)
  • 1 red pepper (sweet, sliced into 14 inch pieces)
  • 1 cup string bean (uncooked, trimmed and cut in half)
  • 2 tbsps teriyaki sauce
  • 14 cup fresh basil (thai or italian torn plus a few leaves whole for garnish)
  • 2 tbsps scallions (thinly sliced on diagonal for garnish)
  • 2 cups brown rice (cooked, hot)
