  • 2 tbsps fresh chives (diced)
  • 1 tbsp flat leaf parsley (finely chopped flat-leaf)
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano leaves (chopped)
  • 1 lb noodles (elbow, cooked al dente)
  • 2 cups corn (fresh, blanched)
  • 8 ozs bacon (apple smoked, chopped and rendered)
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 2 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 ozs butter (plus 4 ounces)

  • 1 bulb celery root, peeled and diced
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream (as needed)
  • 3 tsps truffles (chopped)
