A good recipe if you have leftover venison ( I wouldn't buy a meat so expensive just to make fajitas). I used leftover grilled venison which I sprinkled with the seasoning and heated in the pan with the bell peppers and onion. I only added 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, as I didn't want to make the meat too spicy. I am sure the same seasoning could be used to make chicken fajitas as well. I served with lettuce on the side and some sour cream dip. A very tasty recipe, useful for leftover meat.
