2 chilies (canned whole chipotle, adobo or 2 dried whole chipotle)
1 cup water (boiling hot if using the dried chilies)
2 lbs tomatillos (fresh, hispanic markets and may supermarkets or three 18 ounce cans, drained)
2 onions (chopped)
8 garlic cloves
3 tbsps vegetable oil
2 tbsps ground cumin
4 lbs ground turkey
2 cups chicken broth
1 bay leaf
112 tsps orégano (dried, crumbled)
2 tsps salt (taste)
1 green bell pepper (chopped)
2 ozs green chilies (4 ounce cans mild green chilies drained and chopped)
1 tbsp cornmeal
19 ozs white beans (2 cups white beans rinsed and drained)
12 cup coriander (chopped fresh)
sour cream (accompaniment if desired)
