Tropical Mango Afternoon
4 cups Breyers® Extra Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream, slightly softened
1 medium ripe mango, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch chunks
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce*
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 cup butterscotch or caramel ice cream topping, divided

- Combine mango, lime juice, hot sauce and salt in small bowl; let sit at room temperature 20 minutes.
- Stir mango mixture into Breyers® Extra Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream in medium bowl.
- To serve, spoon 2 tablespoons butterscotch topping into each serving dish. Evenly top with Breyers® Extra Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream, then with remaining butterscotch topping.
