  • 12 cup whole milk (1 tablespoon)

  • 1 12 tsps vanilla extract
  • 6 large egg whites (note on separating eggs start with room temperature)

  • 23 cup granulated sugar
  • 10 ozs cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 10 tbsps unsalted butter (room temperature)
